Krystal Boxell

Chief Compliance Officer

Krystal joined the Phillips team in 2023 as the Senior Accountant. She has since taken the role of Chief Compliance Officer, where she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s regulatory compliance program. She strives to continue to uphold the Phillips longstanding dedication to high ethical standards and culture of integrity that the firm is known for.

Originally from Michigan, she attended Indiana Wesleyan University, where she completed both her Bachelors and Master of Science in Accounting. Krystal also recently passed her IACCP® (Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional) exam. Her past work experience includes industries including higher education, restaurant and service industries.

She resides in Wells County with her husband, Adam and their four boys, Coleson, Kaden, Adrian and Lincoln. Krystal is an active member and volunteer of Warren Church of Christ and Vice-President of Partners in Education parent organization at Southern Wells Elementary. She enjoys gardening, baking, traveling, and cheering on their kids at sporting events and extra-curricular activities.
